My expression – "Peace is not the absence of conflict but the presence"

2) I have heard the expression from a friend of mine when we hadspoken about the peace in the world.
3) It is a catch phrase pronounced by Martin Luther King in one of his speeches for the equality between black and white people in theUnited States.
4) Politic have never been my favorite "kill time", but I wasvery excited last Monday to discuss about it with a classmate. Indeed,this friend of mine has pronounced a powerful sentence during the discussion: "Peace is not the absence of conflict but the presence ofjustice." On April 16 1963, Martin Luther King has written this phrasein a letter when he was in Birmingham Jail to denounce the injustice that black people have to endure thirty years ago in the US.
